These Terms of Use govern your use of vitallink.healthcare and any page that links to these terms (the “Site”), which Vital Link Healthcare, P.C. (“Vital Link,” “we,” or “us”) operates. By using the Site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site describes the services we offer to telehealth companies, health brands, employers, and pharmacies. Those services are provided under separate written agreements. If one of those agreements conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. Using the Site does not create a clinician–patient relationship with anyone.

Vital Link Healthcare, P.C. is a professional medical corporation. Clinical services are provided by its licensed clinicians, who exercise their own independent medical judgment. We do not practice pharmacy; prescriptions are dispensed by independently licensed pharmacies.

Completing an intake or consultation does not guarantee a diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. A prescription is issued only when the treating clinician determines it is clinically appropriate.

Clinical services are available only in the states listed on our Licensing & Coverage page, and only to patients who are physically located in one of those states at the time of care.

You agree not to:

• use the Site in violation of any law or regulation;
• submit information that is false or misleading, or that belongs to someone else;
• interfere with the Site's security or operation, or try to access areas or systems you are not authorized to use;
• scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission; or
• upload malware or any other harmful code.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Vital Link and EONPRO names, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your personal use or for your organization's internal evaluation of our services. No other rights are granted.

When you submit information through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vital Link and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vital Link and its affiliates from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post them, and the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the revised terms.
